Ashford Publishing House provides professional book publishing services including ghostwriting, book editing, book coaching, book marketing, and book publishing. All services are subject to availability and are provided on a project-by-project basis.
Service agreements, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate contract specific to each project.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the completed work product (manuscripts, edits, marketing materials) transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Ashford Publishing House retains the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
We treat all client information, manuscripts, and project details as strictly confidential. Our ghostwriters and editors sign non-disclosure agreements. We will not disclose your identity or the nature of our working relationship without your express written consent.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. A deposit is required before work begins. Refund policies vary by service type and project stage, details will be provided in your contract.
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.
Ashford Publishing House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the website for violating these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
